Terms of Service
Effective Date: April 2, 2026
Quick Deploy is a website building and management system that helps customers deploy, configure, measure, and operate multiple websites from one dashboard. These Terms explain the rules for using the platform and any connected Google services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Quick Deploy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Service Description
Quick Deploy provides tools for website deployment, content administration, analytics review, advertising configuration, domain management, and related operational workflows.
Certain features depend on third-party services, including Google OAuth, Google Ads API, and Google Analytics 4 APIs. Those services remain subject to their own terms, policies, and availability constraints.
3. Accounts and Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
If you sign in with Google, you authorize Quick Deploy to use the Google account information and approved scopes necessary to authenticate you and power the features you enable.
4. Google API Services
Quick Deploy may connect to Google services only after the user grants explicit authorization. Depending on enabled features, the platform may use:
- Google Ads API to read account structure, campaign performance, conversion settings, and to create or update advertising configuration on behalf of the authorized user.
- Google Analytics 4 APIs, including the Google Analytics Data API and, when configured, the Admin API, to read property metadata, traffic metrics, event reports, and conversion-related insights for websites managed in Quick Deploy.
- Google OAuth 2.0 to authenticate users and associate approved Google resources with the correct Quick Deploy workspace.
You must use these integrations in compliance with Google's applicable terms and the Google API Services User Data Policy.
5. Customer Data and Ownership
You retain ownership of the content, analytics data, advertising settings, and other data you submit to or access through Quick Deploy. You represent that you have the rights and authority required to connect each website, Google account, property, or advertising account that you manage through the service.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use Quick Deploy to:
- Violate any law, regulation, or third-party policy.
- Access or manipulate Google data without proper authorization.
- Interfere with the security, integrity, or availability of the platform.
- Upload malicious code, abuse rate limits, or misuse API credentials.
- Use Google API data for purposes prohibited by Google policies.
7. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Quick Deploy if we believe your use creates legal, security, operational, or policy risk, including violations of these Terms or Google platform requirements.
8. Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, or discontinue any feature of Quick Deploy at any time. Third-party API features may also change without notice because they depend on external providers.
9. Disclaimer
Quick Deploy is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every external API behavior or policy change.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quick Deploy and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version becomes effective when it is posted on this page. Continued use of Quick Deploy after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
